10 Weymouth Street
10 Weymouth Street was of the first projects Tom led whilst at Alan Baxter. This residential building, opposite the RIBA headquarters, wrapped around and on top of an earlier 1960’s concrete framed building to add an additional 18 residential units. The new brass cladding covers a reinforced concrete frame which projects out at the higher levels, and so needed carful consideration when looking at the overall stability of the building.
